Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14th in 1997, Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was first drawn to gymnastics when she was just six. Her coach Aimee Borman accompanied her to Bannon's Gymnastix, where they went for a field trip. Biles took home the gold medal in the vault and floor exercises at the 2011 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before going to the high-level competitions in 2011. In less than two years she became the most dominant at her discipline. Biles stood out for her consistent performance, exuberant personality as well as her difficult workout routine at all four events: vaulting uneven bars, floor exercises.
