Born on October 18, 1984 American Alpine skier Lindsey Vonn who is now retired has won 4 World Cup competitions and the downhill gold medal in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Her name is a second place in the world for super scores for male and female skiers. She is among the top and most beloved skiers of the history of skiing. Caroline Vonn is a World Cup alpine ski racer in the US. Also, she goes by Lindsey Vonn. She has taken home all-around World Cup competition four times. She's one of the most famous athletes in American Histories. Six women have been the only ones to win all five World Cup alpine ski events. She has won 82 World Cups. Following the World Championships held in Sweden, one of the top and most accomplished American ski racers is set to retire. The four-time World Cup winner decided to retire after battling a variety of ailments. She used social media to announce her retirement. Next week, I will be racing in my last races for my career at the Downhill World Championships as also in the SG World Championships held in Re Sweden.
