Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started participating in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her college studies. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years and set higher targets each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. The summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three month later and came home with 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than proud of her placing. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way possible. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
